Let me ask you a question. Do you change products or programs frequently? Many online entrepreneurs do and in fact only those that stay on with a product or program make it eventually.
In my opinion, the number one reason on why you can fail your online business is that you treat it as a hobby. When you treat your online business as a hobby, you probably earn a "hobby" check.
Online business is relatively easy to start, and also easy to for you to get out. I observed that most online marketers didn't put in the effort, they merely treat their online business like a hobby.
Here's a question for you. If you are running a multi million dollar company, what will you do, how will you run it? I believe, you will take your business seriously and put your full effort into it, right? The bottom line is treat your online business as if its a multi million dollar business, then in no time you will see 6 figure checks flooding your mail box.
The second reason that I believe is the lack of support and help. It will be tough for someone without any online knowledge to start their own online business. Its definitely an advantage to work with a team of online entrepreneurs or internet marketers, or to learn from people who are already successful.
When I first started, I knew nothing about internet marketing or website developing, I literally knew nothing at all. That didn't stop me from doing online business, I joined a team of friends who are already in the field and began learning from them. They are my mentors, coaches and good friends. Ever since, my online results progress steadily.
One way for you to know more like minded friends is to attend Internet seminars and conferences. Get to know more such like minded people, starting building a team and work together.
The third reason, is that most online entrepreneurs spend a lot of their time learning about new techniques, methods and technology. They either kept reading or surfing the internet for more information. Yes, you probably ask what's wrong with learning and getting more information? I say, applying what you have learned is the most important.
You can have tons of knowledge and information in your head but if you are not going to apply them into your online business, you will never see any results or progress. So what's the point learning everything? You need to execute what you have learned, fine tune, adjust and improve on what you doing, and you see greater results.
These are the 3 main reasons I believe why people gave up halfway into their online business. On top of the 3 main reasons, you need to have the right attitude and determination. These are the things that you can't learn, you need to do it and make it a part of you.
